October is a new beginning for the University Community. We are starting a new academic year, new perspectives are opening up before us, new challenges are emerging. Sometimes a clean slate is the best starting point, but it is definitely easier to implement new ideas on a solid foundation of acquired knowledge and experience. The time to verify these parameters is the annual reporting session dedicated to PhD students completing the third year of education at the Doctoral School.
It is a competition, and the winners are selected by a specially appointed committee of experts in a given field.
It is with great pleasure that we inform you that in this year’s edition of the competition, the 1st place winner is Ms. Kinga Skoracka. 2nd place was taken by Ms. Anna Olechnowicz and Dominika Sikora. 3rd place was ex aequo: Agnieszka Wesołek and Kamil Wdowiak. The distinguished PhD students received vouchers, the value of which they can use to finance the costs of publishing research results, participating in conferences, workshops or training to improve their qualifications. The awards were funded and presented by the Vice-Rector for Science and International Cooperation, Professor Michał Nowicki, and the Director of the Doctoral School, Professor Ewa Wender-Ożegowska.
Congratulations!!!
