We are pleased to announce that Dr. Rafał Sibiak, this year’s graduate of the UMP Doctoral School and a member of the Reproduction Clinic team, is among the laureates of the prestigious START 2025 program of the Foundation for Polish Science.
The scholarship was awarded in recognition of his research achievements to date. His research concerns clinical and molecular aspects of diabetes in pregnant women and is carried out under the substantive supervision of Prof. Ewa Wender-Ożegowska.
The START program is a scholarship program for young scientists up to 30. In this year’s edition, 100 laureates representing all fields of science were selected from 725 applications. Scholarship recipients receive annual support for PLN 30,000.
