Lecture by Professor Tomko Wakamura from Kyoto University – Circadian Rhythms in Human Health-Focusing on Four Entrainment Factors

We invite participants of the Doctoral School to a lecture by Professor Tomko Wakamura from Kyoto University entitled “Circadian Rhythms in Human Health-Focusing on Four Entrainment Factors”, “Shift Workers Health in Japan”, which will take place on September 25 (Wednesday) at 12:00 in lecture room no. 3018 in the Medical Biology Center of UMP at ul. Rokietnicka 8.

Professor’s research work concerns chronobiology, especially the influence of light on the synchronization of rhythms, but also shift work and sleep.
Professor Wakamura will be accompanied by two PhD students. One of them,
MSc Sayaka Uiji will also say a few words about her PhD thesis “Shift Workers Health in Japan”
